Na tenderu koji je objavila Direkcija za gradjevinsko zemljište i izgradnju Beograda za davanje u zakup zemljišta na lokaciji Autokomanda na period od 99 godina, prvoplasirani ponuđač je kompanija MPC Properties. U pitanju je zemljište površine 30.000m2. MPC Properties nastavlja svoje aktivnosti u oblasti investiranja u poslovne, rezidencijalne objekte, logističke i šoping centre.
