According to our information, one of the world's most prestigious hotel chains Kempinski is moving into Belgrade's hotel Jugoslavija. After thorough reconstruction and refurbishment process the new grand opening is expected at the beginning of 2011. The new five star hotel will feature 280 luxury apartments, a wellness center, boutiques, restaurants, 1500 square meters in congress halls and underground parking. The hotel building will be in a park with fountains, offering its guest a unique oasis of peace and pure enjoyment.

Adrian Smith and Gordon Gill, the architectural team also known for currently tallest building on the world, burj dubai, were hired to do the project of the new Belgrade landmark.The architects will be proud to present an unseen contemporary design, far beyond its time. At a later stage of the project, a residential part should be added to the complex, whereas grand casino Belgrade already opened last year.

Kako saznajemo poznati svetski lanac hotela Kempinski useliće se u beogradski hotel Jugoslavija početkom 2011. godine nakog temeljnog renoviranja tog kompleksa. Hotel će nakon rekonstrukcije imati 280 luksuzno opremljenih apartmana i pet zvezdica, velnes centar, butike, nekoliko restorana, 1.500 kvadratnih metara kongresnog prostora i podzemnu garažu. Sam objekat hotela će biti okružen parkom sa fontanama, pretvarajući tako čitav kompleks u oazu mira.

Projekat hotela radi arhitektonski biro "Adrian Smith i Gordon Gill Architecture", poznatom po projektovanju trenutno najvišoj zgradi na svetu Burj Dubai. Ističe se da će se kompleks hotela Jugoslavija, odnosno Kempinski Beograd, oslanjati na savremeni i vanvremenski dizajn, kombinovan sa inovativnim detaljima. Stambeni prostor, kako je planirano, biće dodat u kasnijoj fazi projkekta, a u hotelu je već otvoren Grand Casino Beograd.
