Serbian real estate developer and investment company MPC Properties, commenced the construction of the exclusive residential project named Kalemegdan Park Apartments. This mainly residential building will be located in a historic centre of Belgrade, on the edge of the Kalemegdan Park and 2 minutes walk from Knez Mihajlova, Belgrade’s main pedestrian street. It is envisaged to have 13 master apartments (up to 352 sq/m) with a view on a park and 21 lux apartment (80-105 sq/m) with a back street view. The building will have reception, 24/7 security, SPA and fitness center, wine cellar with tavern and every master apartment will have installed service elevator in the kitchen.

All apartments will have modern modular system of wireless sockets, first class air-condition system, Wi-Fi, floor and radiator heating etc. It will have 4 level underground garage with two entrances. This building will have 12.100 m2 and it is planned to be finished by the end of 2009. The investment is estimated at 30 million Euros.

Kompanija MPC Properties započela je izgradnju ekskluzivnog stambeno poslovnog objekta Kalemegdan Park Apartmani. Ovaj prevashodno apartmanski objekat lociran je u istorijskom centru Beograda, prekoputa Kalemegdanskog Parka i dva minuta šetnje od glavne ulice Beograda, Knez Mihailove ulice. Predviđeno je da se na šest spratova izgradi 13 Master stanova (do 352 m2) sa poglednom na park i 21 Lux stan (80 m2 – 105 m2) sa pogledom na susedne ulice. Zgrada će imati recepciju, dvadesetčetvoročasovno obezbeđenje, SPA centar i fitness salu, vinski podrum sa tavernom, a servisni lift će biti instaliran u svaku kuhinju Master stana.
